    • Sounds like an interesting experience
    • If you're in Vancouver then Babykins in Richmond might be of assistance otherwise, Value Village and second hand stores in the Pajamas isle is sometimes a source of help for what you're looking for
    • I definitely understand having to "speak" multiple languages. In my past life before starting my PhD, I was a PM in construction management. So I had to oversee the designs, construction, budgets and logistics.  The hardest part of my job, since I specialized in K-12, was the principals of the schools. Second would be having to deal with "armchair" engineers and architects, and hot-headed GCs that are in over there heads. I really was just a glorified babysitter and had to do a lot of hand holding.
    • I think it's a cool idea, recreating baby toys for we big babies. Particularly if they did them scaled up to adult size; I have a thing for scale, large baby items help me to feel small. I have the most wonderful giant rubber ducky, and I am always on the lookout for a good oversized baby bottle that I actually like... If one of the companies did that activity center, for instance, it could very easily be made just different enough to avoid patents and such while still capturing the essence of the original. Truly, there have been many such baby activity play centers, an average of them would be just fine. It would be a large item if you scaled that up, difficult to hide for those of us that would need or wish to. Still, an interesting idea. Could be a separate company from those selling diapers, even. I feel like there is a large still mostly untapped market for all sorts of big baby items...
    • I have an update on this PC. I had it for around 6 months, and it started BSoDing on me. Took it to Geek Squad, since they know more about this kind of stuff than I do. They did diagnostics, and didn't really find much going wrong, and said that it didn't BSoD for them. I got it back, and it worked for about a week. Then the BSoDs started up again. I thought maybe bad motherboard, since it is the oldest part in the PC. They checked it out again, and told me that the RAM was bad. I've now purchased new RAM, 64GB of Crucial DDR4. It seems to be working good again. My question now is this: How do I regain my trust in this PC again? It cost way too much to not be working properly, and I am now always thinking "is it going to mess up again, and when?" Another question I have is kinda two fold. When it boots up now, an LED light comes on on the motherboard, which I believe is for RAM, but then it goes out shortly after. I also am being told by the system analyzer on my anti-virus software that there is low physical memory. Two of the RAM slots on the motherboard won't allow it to click into place properly, so they aren't being used. Could this maybe be why I'm seeing that message about low memory? Sorry if this was kinda rambling on. I just wanted to ask about some things on my mind with this new PC.
