Lol, I don't know which is worse, that or people that wear their pants so low that you can see most of their boxers/briefs. Whatever happened to decency/indecentency laws? I realize though that this photo may have been altered or photo shopped somehow.

More likely someone caught a pic just as his pants fell down... as they're wont to do when you sag too low to begin with.

I don't get it either. To me it says either "I'm so insecure I gotta make you think I been in prison and they took my belt," or "I keep my pants loose in case someone wants to pitch."
