I never did see the sense in hybrid cloth/throw-away use. You still have to wash the clothe, still need the panties and you still have to keep buying, preparing and disposing of the throw-aways. There are two kinds of "fit", "narrow" and "wide". These refer to the range of each size as indicated by waist. Fkor example: Ssm.........26-30 Med.........32-36 Lg............38-42 An An exampe of wide fit is: Sm...............26-34 Med..............30-38 Lg.................34.42 NOw, these are "continuous wear", all of these will actuall go to a larger size, but that is for things like fitting the eaistand over thicker diapers. The small may stretch to 39" to fit over very thick diapers, but they are not meant to be worn by waist size over 34" If you look at those in the "wide" category, you will note than anyone with a waist of 34" can wear the Sm, Med or Lg. That is not true with the "narrow"'s. Beyond that you can probably wear an even larger size than the one with a low number that fits you. Thus soeone with a 24" Waist could cusscessfully wear the Small since the unstretched waist might be more like 23" and a 32" waist could wear the Lg size, and it might be better since it would put less stress on the bands This is relevant since Babykins are narrow range fit and Gary are wide range fit. I can wear three sized of Gary. I get into the relation of size, croch width and seam size at length in RUBBER PANTIES 'R' US Now, unless you are looking for revenge on Noah or fooling around with throwaways, where, if you do not get every mililitre of capacity, then the diaper is wasted, you are not trying to drown the poor diaper. At most, the diaper should be only moderately wet when it is time for a change. The purpose of rubber panties is to protect clothing and furniture, not to try and contain the Pissific ocean. Put baby powder in the elastic areas and keep those areas dry. You may also be using panties that are too small. If you are trying to control leaks, then you may be going to long between changes for the diapers you are using, It seems that most males have the idea that diapers are to be worn until they are soaked. That is not the case. The limit is moderately wet Also, if the panties are made of thicker plastic like 6 or 7 mil they will last. Rubber sheets are more of an issue for littles than for babies. They have more meaning when you are 4 or older than when you are 2 or 3. When you are 2 or 3, they are "just there" and unnoticed, when you are 4, they are there for a reason and that syas something about you, and they also feel and smell very different, which is a reminder. When Mommy says "I am going to make you sleep on a rubber sheet just like a baby", well... Even if a cotton sheet was put over it, you were still miffed. These could also be used for a "blankie" as well as put on the bed. The smell is strong enough to make the point and could get to a point of being noticeable and one side is PINK after a fashion; the shade of peach that would match a pair of 1950 rubber panties.
